Overview of Refund Terms-: By engaging Sunbridge Outsourcing for your immigration or visa application, the client acknowledges and accepts that the total invoice amount includes the consultation fee of Sunbridge Outsourcing along with the applicable GST (18%). Refunds will only be applicable to the consultation fee, excluding any third-party charges or government fees.
Refund Eligibility-: In the event of a visa or immigration rejection, Sunbridge Outsourcing will process a refund of the consultation fee, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Refund Request: Clients must submit a Refund Claim Form along with a copy of the rejection letter or stamp from the relevant immigration authority. If these documents are not provided, no refund will be processed.
2. Supporting Documentation: Clients must also attach a copy of the payment receipt issued by Sunbridge Outsourcing. Failure to submit these documents will disqualify the client from receiving a refund.
3. Processing Time: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 60 working days from the date of receipt of the Refund Claim Form and required documentation.
4. Exclusions for Refunds -: Sunbridge Outsourcing will not issue refunds for any fees or charges paid to assessing bodies, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, or high commissions. This applies to any visa application rejection or non-acceptance at any stage by the relevant authorities. Additionally, the registration and processing fees charged by Sunbridge Outsourcing are solely for our services and do not include application or assessment fees.
5. Credit Card or Net Banking Payments-: Clients making payments through credit cards or net banking acknowledge that they will not dispute the payment, initiate a chargeback, or request the bank to withhold or reverse the payment. The client agrees to inform the bank that the transaction is legitimate and requests no reversal, including in cases of card loss or misuse. The client further agrees to cooperate with Sunbridge Outsourcing should the company need to defend or represent the payment before any bank or authority.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances -: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
– The client fails to attend the visa interview.
– The applicant does not comply with the embassy or consulate requirements.
– Medical issues of the client or their family members included in the application.
– Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate that is no older than 3 months.
– Submission of fraudulent or misleading documents.
– Any prior violation of immigration laws by the client or their family members included in the application.
– Failure to submit additional documents requested by the consulate.
– Failure to meet the required IELTS or language proficiency scores as advised by Sunbridge Outsourcing.
7. Withdrawal or Opting Out -: No refund or transfer of Sunbridge Outsourcing’s fees will be granted if the client voluntarily withdraws or abandons their application during the process. This includes cases where the client opts out for any reason after signing up.
8. Immigration Process and Documentation Requirements -: The immigration process is dynamic, and the relevant authorities may request additional documentation at any stage. Refund requests based on such changes in requirements will not be entertained. Clients are required to meet the financial proof requirements as per the immigration policies of the relevant country and visa category. Failure to meet these requirements will not be grounds for a refund.
9. Company’s Role and Disclaimer-: Sunbridge Outsourcing is a private entity and not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, or consulate. Our role is to provide advisory services to assist clients in their immigration process. The final decision regarding visa applications rests solely with the relevant government authorities.
10. Acknowledgment of Terms-: By engaging Sunbridge Outsourcing’s services, the client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client also acknowledges that all decisions regarding immigration services are made voluntarily and without external pressure.
